Skyler got me all misty

I've been reading "My Mommy loves me because" to Skyler everyday. I actually read to all of them, but she seems to be the one most interested in what I'm saying. This morning, while she was playing w/a toy, I asked her if she wanted me to read her the "mommy" book and she dropped the toy she had and went to the book basket. She pulled out one book and knew it wasn't "the one" so she looked and pulled out the correct book. She brought it to me and came on my lap. I was kinda shocked and teary eyes at the same time. I didn't think she understood what I said, but aparently so! That just made my day! :)
